What is MARUDHAM?
MARUDHAM is India’s first Agricultural Video Magazine in Tamil which will cover various aspects of agriculture and its allied activities like crop cultivation practices, pest – diseases and remedies, post harvest processing, agricultural machinery, bee keeping, mushroom cultivation, vermicompost preparation, organic inputs preparation, dry land agriculture, dairy, goat, sheep, rabbit, poultry, pig farming, fisheries, export opportunities, successful farmers, agropreneurs and so on.

What is a Video Magazine?
A video magazine is nothing but a DVD which will have a mix of above mentioned areas compiled and edited with voice over in Tamil.

Why a Video Magazine?
Seeing is believing and action speaks better than words. The video would give you a better view of a disease or a pest or a cultivation practice than a image of a symptom of any disease or the words that explain a process in a regular agricultural magazine.

Who produces MARUDHAM?
MARUDHAM is produced by Purple Clip Films an advertising agency based in Bangalore and branched in Chennai. Purple Clip Films is a 4 year old company with experience of corporate films, television commercials and agricultural documentary films. Purple Clip Films has to its credit 28 agricultural documentaries in 3 languages. It participates in all agricultural expos across Tamil Nadu. Purple Clip Films also produces video for Tamilnadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore.

Who is behind the content and video?
The content is generated from the expertise on the particular topic. Our content team is a mix of graduates from Agriculture and Veterinary science. Purple Clip Films has in house professional camera men, editors and voice over artists who come together for a quality output.
