Because of globalization our life style, fashion, culture, food habit has changed to a greater extent. Beef and pork consumption is increasing day by day as a result of which there is an enormous scope for pig farming in our country. Pig farming in our country is seeing an annual growth rate of over 4.7 %. We have made a complete video documentation on establishing a commercial pig farm using exotic breeds in three languages English, Tamil an Kannada. Our documentary covers aspects like breed selection, shed construction, feed and disease management along with the management of boars, sows and piglets.
